When I started the first thing I realized was that I really had not learned how to study in high school. The efficiency of my studying was horrible, leaving me spending hours on new material and retaining very little. Not knowing how to study was an awful feeling continually reminding me of my inadequacies. From my first day of class until I finished college my goal became to make material sticky.

To me making sticky material begins with knowing exactly how you learn best….
